I have been studying and living this for a long time. This course is a true passion project for me, and I have put all of my experience and expertise into it. This is not about dieting or perfection; it's about empowerment, and it’s built on solid science and practical, real-life experience.

Why does your course cost more than others I've seen?
That's a fantastic and very fair question. I know you've probably seen many nutrition courses online for ÂŁ12 or ÂŁ15. The truth is, those courses are often what's called a "tripwire" product. They are designed to give you a quick, one-size-fits-all solution, like a cheat sheet or a simple meal plan, and to get you onboard to sell you something much more expensive later on. That is not what this course is. It's not a quick fix; it's a permanent solution. I am not selling a list of rules; I am selling a transformation. This course is a genuine, pragmatic path to confidence and independence. It's an investment in your long-term health, your family's relationship with food, and your peace of mind.Â
What exactly will I get in this course? This course provides you with everything you need to confidently spot and reduce ultra-processed foods in your diet. You'll get a series of short, focused videos, downloadable guides and worksheets, and a complete UPF-free weekend challenge with recipes and a shopping list.
How will this course help me? My goal is to empower you. You’ll stop feeling confused by food labels and start understanding what you’re really eating. We’ll cut through the marketing jargon and give you the confidence to make the right choices for yourself and your family.
Will this course help me save money on my food shop? Yes, absolutely. While the initial investment in pantry staples might seem high, you’ll learn the principles of cooking from scratch, which is far more cost-effective in the long run. The UPF-free weekend challenge will teach you how to make delicious food for about £1.50 per person per meal (based on a Tesco shop in August 2025), which is a fraction of the cost of eating out or buying ready meals. You'll also learn to create your own "freezer ready meals" to save you time and money throughout the week.
What level of cooking skill do I need? You don’t need to be a professional chef, just some basic cooking skills. This course is for anyone who wants to learn the fundamentals of real food. We'll show you how to build a delicious meal from scratch using basic kitchen utensils. The value of this course isn’t just in the recipes—it's in understanding the "why" behind what you’re doing so you can feel empowered in the kitchen.
Do I have to do the challenge on a weekend? Not at all. The weekend is a suggested timeline to make the challenge feel manageable, but you can do it at any time that works for you. You can break it up over a few days or even a full week—it’s all about fitting it into your life.
What about vegetarians, vegans, or people with dietary needs? The challenge recipes are designed with a lot of flexibility. The main meals are either naturally vegetarian or have an easy swap (e.g., the chicken or tofu curry), making the course very suitable for vegetarians. For our one egg-based breakfast, vegans will need to make their own substitution. The goal of the course is to teach you the principles of UPF-free eating, which you can apply to any food you love.
What if I don't like some of the dishes? The recipes are examples, not rules! If you don't like a dish, don't make it. The goal is to provide you with a framework and a shopping list that you can adapt to your own tastes. The most important thing is to understand the principles so you can apply them to the foods you love.
What kitchen equipment will I need? You won't need anything fancy. All the recipes can be made with standard kitchen essentials that you likely already have- chopping board, knife, pans and some dishes.
How long do I have access to the course? You will have lifetime access to all course materials! You can take your time with the course and revisit any lesson whenever you need a refresher.
